Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise and mix well until smooth.
Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, and half of the grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste until the mixture is even.
Transfer the entire mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining grated parmesan cheese evenly over the mixture to create a delicious golden crust.
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the dip is bubbling and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
