2 slices sauerkraut-brot (rye bread)

100g pastrami, thinly sliced

2 slices Schweizer Käse (Swiss cheese)

2 tablespoons cremiger sauerkraut

2 tablespoons Dijon-Senf (Dijon mustard)

1 tablespoon butter, softened

Pfeffer und Salz nach Geschmack (pepper and salt to taste)

Anleitungen
 

Begin by preheating your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat.

    While the griddle is heating, spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.

      Lay one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.

        Spread a tablespoon of Dijon mustard over the unbuttered side of the bread.

          Layer the thinly sliced pastrami evenly over the mustard.

            Add the creamy sauerkraut on top of the pastrami, followed by the slices of Swiss cheese.

              Season with a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavor.

                Top with the second slice of rye bread, buttered side up.

                  Carefully place the assembled sandwich on the preheated griddle.

                    Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melting.

                      Flip the sandwich carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes.

                        Once both sides are perfectly toasted and the cheese is gooey, remove the sandwich from the griddle.

                          Let it sit for a minute, then slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.
